16a Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 16a platform by all Malaysian users. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change — users will be notified via the platform whenever any material changes are made.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 16a platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 16a's services.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the version currently in effect.
The 16a platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is not permitted under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 16a platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms, and 16a reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account closure.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action.
- Notify 16a support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
16a users agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using third-party software, bots, or any automated means to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt platform operations.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through illegitimate means, including registering multiple accounts.
- Engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of games or betting.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and/or forfeiture of outstanding winnings, depending on the severity of the violation.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the 16a platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and obtained through legitimate means.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the payment method and are subject to change. Users are advised to check the current limits within the platform before making any transaction.
- Deposit: Processed almost instantly for supported methods. 16a is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Withdrawal: Users must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the platform's internal policies.
- Cancellation: Submitted transactions cannot be cancelled except under certain circumstances at 16a's discretion.
- Fraud: Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account in question will be suspended immediately.
Winnings will be automatically credited to your account balance once the outcome of the bet or game has been confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring their registered bank account details are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request.
5. Limitation of Liability
The 16a platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 16a does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or fit for any particular purpose.
Under no circumstances shall 16a, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for:
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
- Service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
- Financial losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes.
- Any act or omission by a third party, including payment providers or game providers.
16a's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
6. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
16a reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
- Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or platform mechanisms.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period stipulated in the platform's policy.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance may be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If an account is closed at the user's own request, any eligible balance will be returned once all withdrawal conditions are met and there are no outstanding claims.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any outstanding winnings.
7. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the 16a platform — including names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and game content — is the property of 16a or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from 16a.
The 16a platform may display links or content from third parties such as game providers, payment processors, or other websites. These links are provided for convenience only. 16a is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users are advised to read the terms and policies of third-party websites before using them.
8. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
16a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 16a platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the applicable law.
